the carrera gt interior doesn't look the same, notice there r no speakers up by the windshield, and no high mounted shifter. probably a very modified 911 like these:

it was pushnig 1.3bar on acceleration and it leveld off at 1.2 once it got over 300 kmph...thats just a hint of boost....lol

i think it was a 1988 buick century custom with a k&n filter....but that's just my guess

i don't get it. what's so funny about the m3 and m5 being restricted to 155mph? :screwy:

its not really funny cause the M3 and M5 probably even didn't hit 155 yet. each car will fall flat on its face at a certain speed. when the M3 and M5 was slowing down comparatively to that porsche. the porsche kept on accelerating like nothing. i mean the freaking thing hit 300km/h ( 186mph) and kept on goin hard. i mean the M5 with the limiter taken off is probrably a 180mph car at best, and that will take a very very long time to reach that speed.

Not just that, but he was catching up well before they hit 155. Bty 175 he had already passed the M3 and was close to the M5 even though he started out way back. But either way, I wouldn't mind owning either one of those cars.

lol i'm not sure if that was "trip" mileage or not...but did you notice that the porsche had 183 km on the odometer??? lol i hope that was the trip odometer...haha

he passed the m3 @ 280kph (~173mph) there was no speed given when he passed the m5, but you see the dash about 2 or 3 seconds later and it says 301kph (~186mph).

yeah thats pretty sweet vid. I would like to see it go aganist the new m5 with 500 hp and a 7 speed trany yes thats right 7 speed tranny. its gorverned at 155 but they say if u take the governer off its possable to reach 200 mph. 500hp 8250 rpm shift point and 7 gears dont know the ratio or the drag coefficent but it pry could hit 200 or pretty freckin close. it would still lose sense the 911 was doing 212.
