turbo going out

hey guys, my mr2 is a 92 turbo, it has 117k on it, it seems like when the turbo is spooling up sometimes it gets kind of jumpy, does this mean the turbo is going out, cuz i know it happens after 100k, or could it be something else? if the turbo is going out, where would be the best place to find a stock replacement in good condition for a good price? thanks for any info

Define "jumpy" ... are you stumbling when you hit boost?
