Someone robbed my local hobby store

Hobbytown in Quincy, MA.

I went there today to pick up a few things (no kits :( ) and the front door had been smashed in. They had a wooden door on (temporary) and the old door complete with gaping hole was laying on the sidewalk!

I asked the guy inside (think he's the owner) what happened, and he said it was a smash and grab!

I just hate people who steal, especially as everytime I go in there I'm spending my hard earned dollars :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

Whoever broke in, didn't steal car modeling stuff...probably got all the R/C stuff however as this store does a lot of R/C sales and service.

Yeah, they were open for business when I got there/found out. Everything was cleaned up, just the door still on the sidewalk. Looks like it happened overnight...

Thats exactly what happened at my local model shop. They stole a couple of r/c helicopters that were in the window. What they didn't realise though was that there was a camera pointed right at them as they did it! :finger:
