ok checked the oil, no water in the oil, checked the radiater no leaks, rewired the fans for the radiater and the condencer and ran them every thing was running fine untill i noticed a little bit of smoke coming up from my headers, could it be a crack in my headers or could it be maybe my gasket ?

please this car is my life and i need to know what the F^*() its problem is.

It could be a water pump, if it shoots the water and it hits the header it'll definetly smoke,You just have to run it and see. And check to see if your coolant level is going down at all.

Replace the thermostat. it could simply be sticking and they are cheap.
