Broken button on faceplate...

I have a Pioneer single disk player in my car (it's an older one, bought it 6 years ago.) The forward jog button broke on it, and I'm not sure what I should do about that. Do I have to buy a whole new faceplate or can that button be replaced?
Pioneer wanted like $90 for a new plate (yikes). Where might I find one cheaper?
