BUick Century

Hi, guys I have few questions here: Will the bumper cover from regal GS or LS whatever fit Buick Century, and another question. I have an instrument cluster from Regal GS and want to put it in my Century since I want the tachometer, is it possible to do or I should not even try it. If it is possible what's involve. Would really appreciate any reply. Thanks
