Rattling Noise

Hi everyone
Every now and then I've seen threads that talk about creaky dashboards and glove boxes, but I haven't found any that talk about rattling noises in the long plastic panel covering the passerger side seat belt. The rattling noise seems to come from the middle of the panel near the top (almost where the seat belt comes out), and drives me crazy when i'm on a bumpy road! Has anyone had this problem or have suggestions how to stop it?
