Well, it looks like I'm going to have to update my sig.
Went to Cleveland this Sunday and came home with a Porsche, now safely nestled in my garage.
It's a 1991 944-S2, so it's got the 3.0 L engine and the Turbo transmission. It's in good mechanical shape in spite of the 175,000 miles on it; only a few minor nits to take care of between now and spring when I shooting for attending the next SEM-PCA Drivers Education event at Waterford Hills Race Track. Cant' wait. This thing handles like a dream, and has a goodly amount of torque!

Power Steering hose clamps need to be replaced as they are leaking slightly. The heat shield on the exhaust manifold is loose and rattles. The engine mounts need to be replaced soon. The Left lower ball joint has a little bit of play in it, and the lower right one has a split boot. Don't know when the brake fluid was last changed. The last time that the cam and balance shaft belts were tensioned and replaced was 160,000, so this should be OK for the next little while as the car is now at 175,000Not too bad all things considered, don't you think?

Just remember, always leave something unfixed. If the car finds out everything is right, something will go wrong! j/k

Now if I can only figure out how to get the Grand Prix picture and description as well as the 944 picture and description in the signature and look good doing it, I'll be all set. Any hints?
