Why wont my steering wheel controls work...

My steering wheel controls will not light up....much less work...any help? I need it....what's the use of having all these options if they do not work?

I think they may possibly be broken...








heh, check your owner's manual for a diagram of the fuse block and see if you can locate a fuse for the steering wheel options.

Any ideas on how to fix....or where to start?
