92 cadillac deville a/c problem

I have no lights for my fuel data center or for the climate control center, Both are dead,everything else works Help please

check the 10 amp radio fuse

All fuses are good inside the car and under the hood,the a/c compressor will come on but no lights on display and no blower fan
