If you got it for a 91-93 Stealth ES or RT, you're good. If it is for a 94-95, I'm not sure. Any other Stealth and you might have to drill or fill an extra O2 sensor hole, or it may not even fit at all.

i think its for a 95, and what do you mean have to drill or fill? do you think a shop can do this? by welding or what not?

Which downpipe do you need?
Federal-Spec versus California-Spec
The distinction of Fed-Spec versus Cali-Spec actually has nothing to do with where you live or where the car came from - they all came from Japan! ;-) It has to do with emissions laws and how they changed over time, and the difference actually is in what year they are...
Federal Spec: As a general rule, all of the 91-93 non-turbos are federal-spec, have only one main catalytic converter between the downpipe and exhaust, have only one O2 sensor mounted just before the main cat and after the flex section, and the downpie connects directly to both exhaust manifolds.
California Spec: 96+ are Cali-spec. These cars have small "pre-cats" immediately off the exhaust manifolds as well as the main catalytic converter, and have 4 O2 sensors. This pipe connects to the pre-cats, and includes the necessary O2 sensor plug on the front part of the pipe. The 3SX pipe kit includes a O2 plug to plug the hole in the rear of the pipe by the main cat.
94-95 Cars: The 94 and 95 cars are mixed between Fed-Spec and Cali-Spec so you need to check before ordering to determine which model you have.
TIP! Determining your Pipe: We recommend that you check your undercarriage to see which downpipe you need before ordering. An easy way to check is look for the O2 sensor. If it is back in the middle of the car just before the main cat, you need the Fed-Spec pipe, if it is right under the oil pan of the motor and you see the bubble of the front pre-cat, you need the Cali-spec pipe.

Did you read my post? You said you got fed spec...does that mean you have a fed spec car(because you do) or does it mean you got a fed spec downpipe? If you read the post, you'd see that a 95 could be either...do you know if it is fed or cali.
You have to be a bit clearer with your posts...I thought the problem was solved.

i dont have a muffler on my n/a and its loud.. but not very loud... will an aftermarket downpipe make it sound louder than what it is now? or change the tone?

Well that does suck...hmmm any way you can trade it for the correct one from whereever you purchased it? Another possibility, check 3si, and see if anyone just got an aftermarket downpipe, and is willing to sell you their stock N/A fed spec downpipe.
Otherwise, you will need to either get a muffler shop to extend the downpipe you purchased, and to plug the extra holes for the extra o2 sensors...
StealthM, next time, please don't hijack the thread, and yes a downpipe or any improvement anywhere in your exhaust system for that matter, will make it louder and change the tone.

Take it to one, and see what they say, but I know my local exhaust shop would be able to do it.

I can tell you this from experience. The Cali-spec and Fed-spec are completely different down pipes. I know that was said be the issue mainly lies within the rear manifold/precat assembly on Cali-specs. I have a Cali-spec car and bought a Fed-spec parts car. So I got to do an upclose comparison.;)
I suppose you could modify a Cali-spec pipe to work with a Fed-spec car or vice versa but I would do like Igovert500 said and check 3si. People are selling stock dp's all the time.
