98 Wiper Arms

This weekend while at work some Jerk decided to tear off my wiper blades and while doing so broke the arms. I refuse to pay $30+ at the dealership and found some used online that will fit. My question is how hard is it to replace these? My boyfriend usually helps me out with my car but hes never had to change the wiper arms on any car before. How difficult do you think it will be for him since it has the hoses and all attached to the arms? Or should I just take it to a local shop to fix??
