I am having problems with my climate control on a 1998 Chrysler concorde. At present my blower fan is running full blast all the time and I can not get it to respond to anything. What do you do?

Well first you post in the crysler forum.

Second you might have a bad climate control switch. You know the one that changes the fan speed. Try unpluging it and see what happens.
