Recommended Brake Pads/Rotors

I have a 2000 Maxima SE. With 65K miles it is time for new rotors and pads (10% of pads left and rotors already turned once). There are so many brands out there for rotors and pads. AutoZone recommends Durlast for both, Advance Auto Parts recommends Bendix for both. Some online places offer Brembo rotors (basic, not drilled or slotted) and pads (Japan brand? never heard of it). I am an average driver. What do you guys recommend as far as brands/suppliers. Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks.

ps - calipers are in great shape.

I reccomend pads with a beveled edge.
