1 quick ?

ok I have one quick ?. alright i just remebered something. When i got my a/c recharged, when i would turn on the a/c the car would almost stall, in fact it did sometimes. well my friend adjusted screw on the intake and it idled the car up a little. the screw is on the intake manafold next to the intake hose. Would that have caused my car to run rich. Im the one having troubl tuning with the timing.

Probably not...that air should be metered, so I don't see why it would cause you to run rich.

you might want to find out what they did when they recharged your a/c. they shouldn't have done anything that would cause your car to stall, an a/c recharge only deals with a/c.

do when i would be driving with the a/c on and i would come to a redlight or stop sign the car would idle low almost killing, sometimes it did. but when i charged my a/c my friend who is a mechanic adjusted that screw while i was in it and it started idleing higher, now when the a/c is on it dosnt idle low or stall anymore. i was just wondering if this would cause my car to run rich or what.

no that is your idle screw. i had to do the same thing cuz of the new cams...
