95 monte carlo - idle rough

new to forum, love monte's especially those 78's an 29's.
anyway my 95 when started up today had a rough idle, shaking a bit, when i reach 25-30 mph it evens out maybe sooner than that.
While on car trip this past summer, had some problems. light went on then off, when it went off car would jerk, power surge then none, then when light came on it would be fine and so on. Had it looked at ended up wiht a items replaced: intake manifold, fuel injector, fuel pump and some other items. car then ran fine until i started home from trip, after 4 or so hours of driving it would start same symptoms. Had it looked at could find nothing wrong. continued same thing, came home had it looked at nothing. been okay since then, this was mid july. Now doing this rough idle. just a bit of history on vehicle.
Any idea's suggestions helpful
