1996 F250 question

i'm working on a '96 F250, 5.8 engine. some of the emission stuff is missing.

first, does anyone have a diagram of the vacuum lines?

second, when the truck is sitting and idling, it runs smooth, then it starts missing for a few minutes, then it runs smooth again. it keeps going thru this cycle. it's fuel injected.

any suggestions?
