Suspension questions

I've used the search function, but since there are so many different brands of struts, springs, and coilovers I'm having a hard time deciding the best combo. So here are a couple of questions...
1) Best springs? Heard some good things about H&R...
2) Best struts? Have no idea, any info is helpful, but personal experience is really what i'm looking for.
3) Coilovers? I'm 99% against them, but I don't know about TEIN basics thought, and I'm not interested in spending 1500 on the good stuff.
4) Best combos? What works good with what? again any advice helps, but personal info would be great.
5) Sway bars? Are they worth it? Good brands? Are the name brands (neuspeed, suspension techniques) worth the money, or are the knock offs just as good?

I'm not worried too much about spending money to do the suspension right, but if the cheap sway bars are just as good, it would be nice to save a little money.

i think theres only one company that makes sway bars for the lude, suspension techniques. from what i've read, it makes a big difference, especially in cornering. for some good suspension packages, take a look here:
