Yea swap out the ECU. We had the same problem 2 weeks ago on on a b16a with a spoon ECU - we put the stock one back in and it fixed the idle problems - try it out goodluck

jesus what do you guys want it to idle at? We had an idle problem with my friend's b16 too. Was idling at like 1500. Swapped the ecu and adjusted it down to about 700-800 and it was running perfect.

about a grand. We would put the car in gear and it would stall. We were freakin out. We brought it to the speed shop hea, and they were like yea ECU problem. So they put the stock back in and it worked fine. Beats me.

never had a problem with it dying idling at about 700...weird. We were using a PW0, but I guess it had been messed with, ghetto ebay chip, so we got a PR3, played with the idle screw and shit was running good.

that can be a number of problems. Could be your IACV, leaking vacuum lines.

the 99-00 civic si ECU wont help you either, because its supposed to idle between 600 and 800 rpm, if thats the ecu your using, it might be another problem.....maybe its not getting enough gas, or oil, or your timing is probably off.
