motor try to stall, please help

When i drive my car, no matter what speed I go, sometimes the engine tries to stall. ( RPM go down and UP. )
Let say I go 100KM (60 miles) my speed will go down to 80KH and Up again, the only way to get my speed back is to press the gas pedal to full throttle.
I replace Spark plug, spark plug wires, TPS, Block coil, and idle speed control actuator. No luck with my problem. Please help.

You need to give the members here a bit more detail than that. Your profile states you have a ford crown victoria and yet you are posting in the Accent/Verna section without even specifying what year.
