Plugged Cat?

Alright so i have a 95 alty and Sometimes it will not start. Turns over fine but will not catch. When it it finally does catch it runs like there is water in the gas. Chugs hard and pops and spits. But i just drained fuel tank because it has been doing it for a bout 3 weeks. No water gas is known to be "good". Any suggestions would help because my wife is having to drive my titan guys!!!!

Check to see if you have oil leaking into you distributer? I had that problem with my 96' Altima, replaced it with a rebuilt on and it runs fine.
