Questions about purchase of 2000 4Runner

I'm considering purchase of 2000 4Runner base, 2.7 5-spd, 48k. I now own a '99 Tacoma 2.7 auto and have some questions: (1) I would like to install manual locking hubs on the 4Runner. I believe this vehicle has the ADD system--what hubs are available? I can't seem to find info on Warn hubs to fit this. (2) This vehicle has no cruise. I can pick up a factory cruise for a Tacoma--will this retrofit to the 4Runner? Thanks in advance.....Jeff :)
