Alright, from the outside of the engine, you can tell the difference between a Winsor and a Cleveland by a few different things. Look at the Rocker Cover bolts: the Winsor had 6 bolts, and the Cleveland had 8. The Timing Cover on the Winsor was a bolt-on, and was connected to the block behind the water pump, while the Cleveland's was part of the block and was not a bolt-on. The Thermostat housing on the Winsor was bolted to the inlet manifold, while the Cleveland's was bolted directly to the engine block. There are many other tell-tale signs that you can look for, and if these don't help you out in the least, then post again or get together with a mechanic and have him take a look at it for you.
