Tailight Question

I ordered a pair or euro carbon fiber tailights for my 1995 Integra ls 2door and one of the taillights is white. It used to be red, is it legal to have one of your tailights white? It says that they are dot approved.

Are you sure it's not just the reverse light?

Then as long as you have the right color bulb then it would be legal, jsut putting a clear bulb in there would be illegal. Do you have a pic of it or a link to what ones they are?

Agh yes, superman. (Wonderfull name) If you had to have altezza taillights, those would be the ones. Which means, thats the best set of ugly taillights I have ever seen. Good luck though.

Yeah they're legal, they've got the reflectors on the lenses. But you still need to use an amber/orange bulb for the turn signal for them to be legal (maybe even red?)

that is correct, whatever color they look from the factory tailight is what the bulb had to shine as. So if the brake area was red, youll need a red bulb, same with the turn signals, those colors are all the same for a reason.

Yeah he didn't do anything to get banned this time, maybe they were going to ban him no matter what when he comes on the board and just got around to it now. Seemed like he was trying this time, oh well...he'll be back probably.

according to user guidelines if you are banned then you cannot return with a different name, you were banned once for a reason and thats it. so just the act of making a new name was enough to get himself banned again.

I think all this talk of banning and whatnot should be moved to either a seperate thread or just stopped, there are at least 5 useless posts in here over something that occured days ago, this is thread hijacking at its worst. The only good is that the question was answered.
