Antilock light on

I have a 2000 Diamante LS with a Lexus style instrument cluster. My antilock light is on, so I took it to the dealer and they said that it is the antilock control module. I bought front and rear brakes with new rotors thinking that would solve the problem.

I don't know were the anti lock module is?
Can anyone tell me were its located?
Is it easy to replace without going to the dealer?
Does anyone know were I can purchase it?

I have have a 2000 ES and the light has come on. Could this be a defect?

I see that I was not the only one that has this problem. I wen't on a web site regarding recalls on this 2k mitsu. I did not see any recalls. Maybe its a recall that Mitsubishi does not know about. Please keep me post-it.

I think this is a defect because Mitsubishi want to charge me 500 bucks for a control module. Sorry for the delay responce
