Posting pix on board?

Clearly I am not as savvy as I'd like to think...

Can anyone please explain (in very remedial-3rd grade level) how to upload pix to a post and/or how to add a pic to my signature?

Sign up and use your real email. You upload your pictures then take the link that it gives you (www.blablabla.mustangmods.com (http://www.blablabla.mustangmods.com)) you take that and put infront of it then put your link in with no spaces then after your link you put

so it will look something like put your link here with no spaces
