Front rotor removal

What is needed to remove the fron rotors on a 2000 ES 300? I have replaced teh pads and still have a small shimmy when the brakes are applied. Would like to turn the rotors but not sure how they remove, and what tools are needed and if the nut needs to be torqued.

just take off the wheel nuts and the calipers ( the 2 bigger bolts behind the calipers) very easy
