unxepected rice

Great this is sure to cause alot of controversy, anyway,

I started driving on a 95 formula firebird lt1 6 spd stock(which probably inspired my love for muslecars), then i added exhaust, cam, valve train, intake, after a year i decided to sell my firebird and go with a ls1, i saved up and bought my car now 99z28.

Anyway i was thinking about the races i had in my firebird, along with a viper, this one stuck out.

I was driving along a 3 lane highway when i saw a celica with a huge ass spoiler sticking off the back, i decided to investigate. The celica took off as soon as i got next to him(i guess he saw me comin), any way i dropped it into third and caught up. we slowed down to a 40mph roll and took off the celica took me by 2 or 3 lengths at the start, shocked i caught back to him and instigated another race this time i threw it in 2nd instead of third. the celica still pulled slowly on me until 120 then i started catching on him and had him by 140, anyway the point of this story is that this is the best rice race ive ever had and i really underestimated the celica until we raced. im pretty sure the only reason i won is that he pussied out at the speeds, id like to find him now in my ls1 and see whats up

oh the viper i was just being a jackass in my firebird with 3 friends in the car we pulled up next to a dad with his son in a viper, and i started revving it alil. the light we were at was right before a on ramp for the highway and as soon as the viper hit the on ramp he hit it and dropped it into third(im guessing) and flung it sideways and was gone it was fun though

Have you never heard of turbochargers? He probably had a number of engine mods, including forged turbo internals, BBTB, BIM, etc. so he could run high boost.

I believe there was an celica that was turbo and AWD called the All track or something, but those were from an erlier generation than the one i think your talking about, was it one of the ones they make today, with the girly exterior and scoop?

look at the bottom right hand corner of every post. there is a link that says "reply with quote." its a handly little feature. it will automaticly bring up an advanced window and will have a quote like above in it from whatever post you clicked the link in.
