Modifications to a 2001

I have a 2001 330ci. Id like to modify the suspension engine and exhaust. Can you guys give me some suggestions as to what i should mod first? I have been having a hard time finding a cold air intake for a E46 also. I was also wondering if you took out he governor, if the car would take off faster going 0-60. It is a automatic btw.

I think Dinan has a CAI kit for 01 330ci. They also have exhaust, chip and a few other performance upgrades for the E46. I will go with Dinan exhaust and may be chip once my bank account has recovered :)

If i mod my car with dinan exhaust, intake, chip, etc. will my warranty be voided? or will it still work? or is this a question for the dealer.

If you go with Dinan your warranty will not be voided. Besides Dinan give warranty on everything they offer too.
