Don't understand

I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, because the car seems to be running great. I've got a 95' Escort Lx 1.9l and sometimes, after a substancial ride, the pistons seem to be moving after I turn the ignition off. They slow down in about 3 seconds and then stop. Just wondering if thats what it actually is, and if it is that will this pose a problem?

This here is called dieseling.. it is a problem sence the engine should die right after the keys removed.. most likly you got hot spots(cooling system not doin itsjob) or a faulty ignition/fuel system..

Next time you fill up buy the high octane gas. whatever the best is at your usual station. that might clear it up.

Also, look at buying some liquid cleaner stuff, like fuel injector cleaner. I think they typically have stuff in them that will clean your combustion chambers too.

Techron is one of the best cleaners on the market.

Actually it was just the radiator fan. There must be burnt out bearings or something.

never heard of the fan doin that before.. huh.. odd.
