Interior door rattle

I've got this crazy annoying rattle comming from what i think is my window rollers, or something else in the two front doors. I'm guessing they are just loose because they've been ripped off so many times for the stereo upgrades. Anywho, any suggestions on how to stop the rattling???

take your door panel off.. sound dampen everything.. and tighten all screws.... worked for me
