i got the greddy type s bov on my 98 eclipse rs and when i shift it makes not like a good sound it sounds like its blowing off twice almost idk it sounds soo wierd not like a normal one its adjusted all the way to hard should i turn it to soft a little.

First, use punctuation so I can read your post :lol: The best way to adjust the BOV in my opinion would be to keep it as loose as possible without any leaking at your set boost pressure. I would set it full hard and pressurize the intake to your boost pressure. Back off the BOV adjustment until it opens, then go a bit tighter. Its a compromise between not leaking at full boost, but realeasing enough pressure to keep the turbo spooled. That should be the best of both worlds. I've never owned an adjustable BOV, but that is how I would do it if I did ;) And I'm assuming your car has a turbo. Sounds crazy, but you never know :D
