What the F is this jolting

MY car is like jolting, when i gas it, in any gear, and doesnt stop. Turbo spools because i can hear it and the bov. If I floor it it goes as if it were all motor wtf. 1990 talon awd. Please help if you can. Im going to start with a fuel filter and a tune up and we'll go from there thanx might be running lean <shruggs>

sounds like a broken motor mount.

Check your plugs and wires for problems like bare wire.

Its really intermittant not always just sometimes always when car is warm. I changed the plugs. Just got back from the track and it did it as i was pulling in the development. I didnt change the fuel filter yet but i will. I dont think its a mount because its not all the time or at a particular speed or anything, it just happens. It kinda feels like Im pulling off in 5th gear at like 20 mph
