86 chevy van G10 305 hesitating power

My van's power hesitates above 60 kms and on hills. This is a new problem. Is it a vacuum problem? Is it transmission vacuum pressure? If anyone has encountered this problem, please let me know.

Also, I have checked the fuel filter and that's fine. Is the vacuum on my fuel pump shot? Rear main engine seal? Transmission control switch?
