Rear Control Arms

There was a thread a little bit ago about the small stab. shocks on the rear end of some mustangs. I think it was Highflow that said it ,but I wanted to make sure that I understood it correctly. If I replace the rear control arms with aftermarket ones, which I just ordered ,are those shocks still needed?

You don't need them but I would still reccomend keeping them.

ok thanks. It just looks like someone beat the crap out of them for tire clearance maybe.

They say if you run good aftermarket lower control arms, then there really is no need for the quad shocks. However, I would recommend keeping them until you cannot use them anymore (upgrading to a larger rim/tire for example). You won't be benefiting yourself from removing them, so just leave them on until you have to remove them.
