well i unfortunately may be changing my main mode of transport... actually, just getting back on the road. My civic has been sitting for a couple weeks since it just randomly died and i haven't had the time to go out there and work on it. Unfortunately, it'd probably cost alot to fix, tho i don't know for sure since i don't know whats wrong, but the there are still a few kinks to get out on the suspension too plus i need tires... yeah, sucks.
well my gf's uncle works for a towing company and they get cars signed over to them all the time. well my gf's mom worries about me in that car (she doesn't think its safe, blah) and told her uncle. well, they got this 94 Toyota Camry LE in and she was like "justin, you should get it." well at first i was a lil skeptical since i know nothing about Toyotas plus its auto not standard (boring...), but then i got a price: $400 Yeah, 400 for a car that has a private seller Blue Book value of like 4000 in good condition, i just can't pass it up.
So it looks like this will be my main car, and i'm just trying to figure out what to do with the Civic. I'm in college so i don't have room to have 2 cars, tho I may try to get it home and work on it when i'm on break. Plus my brother who's in Iraq has said he may get it from me when he gets back to fix it up. However, I may be selling it. I'd like to part it out since I'd get alot more for it (gotta love EX's), but I'll probably sell it right out. So if anyone is in TX that is in the market for a pretty decent EX, lemme know...
So does anyone know any good places for info on Camry's?

Hey, my mom has a 93 camry LE, same model type. I drive it here and there and man does it right smooth. In fact, this LE has the 4 banger in it and really moves quite well. It feels really solid. But I have seen some that come with the V6 and boy do they move. But don't turn that offer down man. They are fully worth it.

i don't know how much i'd want quite yet, i gotta ask my bro first if he still wants it.
i'll get pics up later, but its Maroon/Maroon, interior in good shape, i think there is one cigarette burn on the driver seat. It has a teg center console, blue cluster lights, and manual seat belts (done by yours truly). On the exterior there are a couple dents, but nothing too bad at all. i think the worst is on the driver's fender and its about the size of a lemon maybe (i hit it, not a car). current mods are some 15'' Y-spoke wheels, a RActive fireball or something exhaust, ram air intake (tho i have the rest of the cold air and a bypass valve) and its lowered 1.5 inches. However, the upper control arms need replacing so it creaks if you push down on it, plus for some reason the wheels are pushed back towards the back of the car, possible a lower control arm problem or something, and the camber is off, probably b/c of the upper arms. over all its a pretty good car, once i get it running again. it stopped and i don't know why since i haven't been out there lately but when i go check it out i'll let you know.
