Well i get home and on the steps i see this really small box on my steps and first thing i ask myself was did i order some rims or cars from HLJ? The box was soooooooo small. They managed to fit two model cars and a Drift Parts Set in this really small box. Well luckily non of the car BODIES were damaged (only the Civic EG which one of the pillars is broken) As i go on to inspect the kits i find in the Spoon Integra that the rims look a bit funky. As i go to take them out i notice that on the first rim 2 out of the 5 spokes on the rims are missing! and on the last rim there is a huge chunk missing off the lip was missing. What do you guys suggest? Does Fujimi have customer's service or something? I mean i wouldn't want to end up buying a set of Spoon SW-388's for something that wasn't my fault!!! Do you think HLJ will help out?

Absolutely contact them! I had a badly damaged box arrive here, with a number of pieces damaged in the kit. I took pictures, sent them to HLJ, and they sent me a whole new kit after saying the "damaged parts would be replaced". Take pics of ALL the damage, and the messed up parts, refer to your order # as well.

When you guys get these broken pieces, do you have to send them back? If not, I want a bunch of broken ones to kit bash :evillol:

i usually get an immediate response. you keep what you have and they send you whatever it is that you need for replacement. one time i ordered an ae86 trueno model and they sent me an aw11 mr2 model. i got to keep that no charge and they sent me another trueno model.

Hopefully they can help me out. I just finished sending an Email to them. I just realized the front lip on the Integra was also broken! I mentioned also about the Civic Hatchback having a broken pillar. Hopefully they can help me out! I don't want this to be my last order from them:( They have too many cool stuff!

I just sent them a complaint also about a wheel nut in my GT40 kit. It is a very minor thing compaired to your problems, but it is something that is very visible. Otherwise i couldn't have cared less. See what they say. If anything.

Sorry to hear that. Its true though, small things could sometimes make a very big difference in your model!

Yepp. That's what i said in my email to them. Apart from that though their service was excellent. " weeks from japan to sweden is fine by me and they do a really good job of packing the stuff.

I needed help once, and HLJ shipped me the replacement part.. It take some time (I think they order it from Fujimi/Aoshima/Tamiya directly, so it might take some time.)
Send the picture with your email ! asking for rims replacement is a bit strange and they might ask you a return if you don't

I got a reply this morning after sending a complaint email last night. Very quick. They say that they have told the dereplacement departs division (or something) and they will tell Fujimi to send me new parts. Sounds alright.

I have a question, How many decal sheets does the Spoon Integra Type R come with because mine only brought one. It didn't bring the decal sheet for the dashboard detail and the other Honda Emblems etc. Seems like im going to have to email HLJ one more time :banghead:

Just thought i would do an update on my complaint. I just got an email saying that they will send me the parts tree that the wheels come on. So hopefully i will get a whole new set of wheels. Might come in handy.
Not quite the whole kit like alot of people say they recieved for faulty parts but then it was only a very small part that was faulty.
Here it is. the end is sliced off one of the pointy bits. Hopefully the new ones i get will be a bit better molded aswell.

Yeah thats what they did with me first. That was a couple of days ago. Then today shipped. So from sending them the first email to them sending me the parts has taken a week. I think that is really good.
