Hi guys i have a 98 GSX with 66K miles on it. When i'm on the highway (speed about 50 - 60) and i accelerate the car has a series of tugs and then it stops but my feet is still on the gas padle accelerating. I'm just worried that some thing might be wrong with it or is that normal? HELP

I don't know what mis-firing feels like so, i can't say it feels like it. Do you guys think i should try it on a lower gear like 3rd or 4th to see if there's a differance?
P.S. the only mod i have is a greddy type-s venting back in to intake.

Lowering the gears only covers up the issue. After I changed my fuel filter it was a lot better. It might be one of your o2's, but they throw codes when they go bad... Usually.
