Cha channn!
Definitely I am back, so are my questions.
I had been looking around and trying to find a shop would like to do a K&N, PipperCross or ITG filter conversion for my metro. No positive answer so far, so I decided to DIM (do it myself, my side version for DIY -do it yourself). Now, the only thing is that I need a guide to do it :)
Surfing here and that, i found this Golf guy who did a pretty good job on his ride http://koken.org/phillip/CAI/ (Do not miss the .mp3 doh!)
I believe it could be a good point to start from, but I would feel more comfy if somebody can teach me how to do the conversion (maybe pictures of some cool jobs?)
Also, I have some questions in here:
What filter brand should I use?
How long should the filter be? Bigger/longer/larger is better? (wait a sec, are we talking about sex in here? :evillol: )
Would I need to construct the vacum chamber or the 2" or 3" pipe would be ok?
Better to use a bypass filter in the middle of the thing to prevent humidity?
Once again, thanks everybody for show interest in my ideas.
