Does it matter what car to get? I mean is it possible to get any car into the 9's or low 10's or is it on certain cars?

some cars take a hell of a lot of tuning to get into the 9s or 10s

dunno i went turbo lol, turbos are better in real life. Im sittin at over 800 hp in my rsx and running low 11's
