Digtial Dash 1994 Caprice

Hi, all I have a 1994 Caprice I bought from my office. The digital dash is starting to act up, and at times the speedo, and mileage will go out but the rest will stay, I knock the plastic and it comes back and then goes away, any ideas on what is happening? Thanks

Sounds like the old bad connection on the instument cluster. I had the same problem with my 94 wagon. I took the instument cluster apart and cleaned the fingers that connect the digital display to the cluster circuit board. I havn't had any problems with it in about a year.

Yeah it worked for a few days but now its just flashing at me, no longer goes 100% out, just flashes.

Buddy of mine found a place on ebay that will repair digitial dashes. He's got a s-10 Blazer with one that went out. Seems like it was $150+ shipping and they fixed him up really nice.
