4age 20 Ii

how hard does any of you think it would be to swap the 4age 20 II in to a 92 st? and if some one has done this swap before how hard was it and about how much $ did it run? and was the final result worth it? or should I just do a 2nd jen swap of the 3sge none turbo? any feed back good or bad will be greatly appreciated
