1991 towing capacity

Just purchased a 1991 2500 Suburban with 454 and 4:10 rear end. Is the towing capacity the same as the one listed for a 1999 (10,000#)?

I believe the tow capacity is 10,000lbs. I know it is for 1993, and I don't believe there is any difference between '91-'93.
