White out tail light mod

Has anybody ever seen this tail light mod? Where or how can I get it done. Pretty pimp if you ask me. I wonder if you can do it in any color.

The easiest way is to go to the parts store and get some vinyl pinstripe, clean the lenses really well, and steady your hand. Otherwise, you do the same with fineline tape and then paint them on. If you have a darker car, you can tint the taillights the color of your car and red light will still show through. Works best on dark blue.

i was debating tinting my taillights but i didn't think the long part in between them could be tinted or even look right if it was possible.

It depends on how good the painter is. What color?
