i thought it was out, i played it somewhere, or maybe that was a demo, it just didn't feel right when driving.

I heard that the makers acclaim were going bankrupt and had to sell the franchise. I think Ubi soft or someone else picked it up. I haven't seen it in stores so that might be why.
Oh and there was a demo for it on the xbox magazine disc. Not to bad but still needed more work.

I read a magazine article about them going bankrupt. I think they said that game and one other that was supposed to be released after Red Star weren't going to be released at all. I have the Juice demo and I think it is really good. If it does come out I will get it.
