90 cutlass 3.1 stalls

Just finised a R&R found a injector that wasn't geeting a control signal. Found a broken wire repaired and now the engine will stall on accerlation. the mil came on with a code 44. Engine idles fine in open loop but the change to closed loop I get a slight miss and still the stall problem. ANY IDEAS.
