91 Laser comments???

Hey everyone,
I am thinking of buying a 91 Laser and I just wanted to get everyones thought on them. I can get the car for 1500 Canadian, the timing belt has been changed, new brakes and stage 2 turbo with a 3" down pipe and CAI, it also has a JDM motor, I also wanted to see how these are in relation to maintenance. There is more work done to it. So if you could please help me out by giving me your thoughts and opinions. It would be much appreciated.
