Does anyone know were to get a Trans go shift kit? And even better, can sombody do a step by step write up how to install them!

It's just a kit. you have to remove your VB, disassmble it, replace some bearings and springs, and drill some holes in the VB and the gaskets. its a very involving proccess, and not for the mechanically inept. expect it to take about 6 hours to install. Hope this helps. :D
