Well, a really strong mixture of special cleaner from auto magic or Extra special from Car brite may work, Lacquer thinner works too, though they WILL need paint afterwords.
Wax and Grease remover should work. With any of these, scrub it really good and do it severl times, that armor all hates to come off. You might want to do it several times to be safe.
Make sure to use a plasitc prep product like Dupont Plastic prep (availabe at an auto paitn store). It will help remove grease, mold release agents, etc also. It;s a good idea to use this after the other product before you paint.
