69 Chevelle Please help not running

i own a 69 chevell 350 4 speed and the trans is out. It is not currently running but i would like it to be. the trans is out so i figured i couldn't start but with the flywheel bolted on i could at least turn it over, but nothing. I can grab and turn the fly wheel so i figured the motor isnt seized. i belive it is a wiring defalt, i was wondering if there is a clutch sensoror something like that, and my back break lights do not work, i heard that might have something to d owith it, PLEASE ANYONE HELP!!!!
